It took a bit of investigating to decide which of the various products on the market seemed to be the best. They all work to some degree or the other. I first had heard about one be marketed by a network marketing company. They use fillers, and it seemed to be expensive.

Manapol is another major brand that contains 35% to 50% of the active long chain molecules. The rest being inactive fibers. And their molecular size only goes up to one million daltons, which misses out on much of immune active weights. By the time I got done looking around, I knew that Aloe MPS offered the most value for the money.

It's manufacturer uses the right kind of processing, including freeze drying, to preserve the active ingredients. It contains higher levels of active ingredients. 60%. Less fiber. It contains the complete MPS molecule intact. Its dalton weight goes up to over two million. Double the others. These higher dalton weights are necessary for effective immune system healing, bolstering and balancing the immune system cells. Also, on the lower dalton range of the MPS molecule, the weights go to a lower range in heavier concentrations, as low as 10,000 dalton, where they may help reduce inflammation.

Remember, MPS, as a long chain carbohydrate, does not digest like a food carbohydrate that becomes reduced to simple sugars. MPS is absorbed whole into the blood stream after ingesting. Natur-Leaf is a whole food (freeze dried sprouts) sterol and sterolin supplement that has the highest ratio of sterolins to sterols of any product on the market. 4 to 1. In an interview with the world's foremost authority on sterols and sterolins, Dr. Karl Pegel, the question was asked whether the sterols/sterolin ratio has any effect on the efficiency of the treatment. His response was, "In Harzol we had a ratio of 100 parts of sterols to 1 part of sterolin.
