I have been using Muscle Response Testing with customers for years to help them decide what supplements are the best fit for them. Actually it is to enable their bodies to tell me which supplements are the most appropriate for them to use.

So I have knowledge of the supplements and what they do, and your body knows what it needs. So muscle testing enables your body to communicate to me what supplements would work best for it.
