For Stage 2 of the Bone Density Combo, we decrease the OCMP to 1 bottle, maintain 1 bottle of FemBalance (or Testogen for Men) and 1 bottle of Tyovu (for thyroid and adrenal health) and add 1 bottle of MineralMatrix8, which supplies calcium in a highly-absorbable form along with the magnesium. OCMP is included in stage 2, in order to raise magnesium levels while increasing nutrient absorption and getting more calcium into the bones, improving overall health.
